 Job Description

Duties will include, but not be limited to;



  • Daily mail and general housekeeping duties



  • Reception duties including answering and transferring calls, greeting visitors and overseeing the main gate                



  • Liaising with clients, service team, technicians, suppliers and various other JLG departments



  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office



  • Ordering of uniforms for service staff



  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.



  • Enter fortnightly time sheets for payroll into Baseplan



  • Processing of invoices and customer payments



  • Document machine arrivals and departures



  • Receipt purchase orders for transport and interstate transfer of machines



  • Liaise with sales clients regarding account applications, invoicing and delivery of their machines



  • Lodge customer service calls



  • Initiate jobs for Service Techs in the field



  • Invoice processing of new machines and when required service jobs as directed by Operations Manager.



  • Maintain local machine inventory



  • Collate pre-delivery folders and organise PD time frames and order parts to meet delivery schedules



  • Maintain amendments to clients records in Baseplan as advised



  • Printing, collating and binding of various manuals



  • Preparing service quotations



  • General administrative duties as required


Excellent attention to detail is a must along with strong communication and organisation skills. The successful candidate will be able to multi-task and work towards strict deadlines, ensuring all targets and KPI's are achieved in a timely manner. You must also have:



  • Strong customer service skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to prioritise and organise

  • Patience and the ability to build rapport with people on all levels

  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
