Be Vital in this role:
Shaping our support services to meet future business needs has resulted in a restructure of our highly valued HR team and the creation of an HR administration assistant. The key function of this role is to support the HR Directors for each business group – Medical/Surgical Products, Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Healthcare from an administration perspective.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing admin support to the HR Team
- Preparation of any required presentations, proposals and agendas
- Co-ordinating travel arrangements and providing administrative support including diary management;
- Co-ordination of events across the different business sectors; and
- Ad hoc involvement in Human Resource projects.
